w m,

All "bux" did was to cause me to put him on ignore.

Sure he and others raised questions, but they didn't want to listen to the answers.

If ERICY win their case against IDC in March we will how fast IDC can fly to the basement.

I will agree with that statement, but, If a frog had wings, he would not bump his ass when he jumped.

Again,

Time will tell, and I can wait.

Now, again, why are all of you QCOM longs attempting to save us IDC investors from ourselves?

What is your motive?

If one was to review my posts, one might be able to label me as a basher. There are threads that I post on, that consider me a basher. But if, and when I post, I almost always offer food for discussion, and reasons for my opinion.

Yours?

Or are you simply following the "QCOM bash IDC" crowd?

Just wondering,

Have fun,
Phil

w malloy, I recently (2-3 weeks ago) expressed my opinion that your QCOM would drop 35 points within a month. It had done that at one point today. Unfortunately, I believe that there is another 25 to go given the market conditions. Talk about scam. Hype is obviously king. I feel badly for those that jumped in at 160-180. You should be more compassionate to your fellow investor. Brian

Molloy,
Enclosed is a long and involved post from Renntech of RG. In it is a clear, conscise description of the patent and the patent claim in the Ericy suit. It will take some time and focus to get through it (it took me two readings)but it is well worth the time and effort.
