Thank you Patrick. I did check out the site you suggested and it was helpful. Regarding your concern about the delays, the press release was issued on Jan 25 and was read by many, including me, at that time. I do not believe it should be of any concern at this time or in connection with the supplementary sale of shares. The release was discussed on some boards and had no visible effect on price. In fact, the price began its rise to 100+ after the news. You may have seen that it held at more than 100 despite today's sell off. It is probable that the delays may affect some of the rollout, but from some of the discussions I read on other boards it does not seem too worrisome. We shall see in due course.

The language of the S-3 continues to arouse my curiosity. If you refer to the portion below the full caps designation of APPROXIMATE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF SALE TO THE PUBLIC it reads, "From time to time after the registration statement becomes effective"

Thereafter, there is a choice of boxes to be be checked, if applicable. The only one checked reads, "If any of the securities being registered on this Form are to be offered on a delayed or continuous basis pursuant to Rule 415 under the Securities Act, as amended, other than securities offered only in connection with dividend or interest reinvestment plans, check the following box [X].

I do not pretend to be familiar with SEC Forms, Rules or Law, so I cannot evaluate the effect of selecting this option. However it is susceptible of meaning that the initial offering may not be for all the authorized shares and not necessarily at the same price as other shares which may be sold later. If you recall, there is mention of warrants in the offering. I am not overly troubled by this but I just would like to know for certain what is happening.

Again, my thanks for your help.
