Michael Watkins: WOW is my other software...their data service has its problems as well. I use Dial Data for EOD for now. WOW has no ears...you know what I mean. When QCharts and QFeed work, it IS great. They just need to clean their act back up. The problems I started experiencing with QC/QF started within a month after they dropped their rates and customers started piling in. A few of us were singing the praises as well. I have no idea how many folks I influenced to use QCharts! I would be happy if they could get the reliability back to where it was Jan 99. Regards, LG
