Well thats a pretty detailed outline, now I guess we know just as much about CPQ as Cappelas does - they will have to change things (and go direct) to make good money. Been promising to do that since late 96 or early 97, if I recall correctly.
If money were the sole object, they could hire Dell to build their commercial PC's and perhaps make 6% instead of losing 6%
Call it the Dellpaq. But nooooooooooo, its not whether you win or lose, its how you play the game.
