Yes, I suppose the "doublespeak" is legal. What are the expected future R@D expenses, one wonders? Aside from warrants and such, can the remaining "earnings" grow to more than cover R@D? If this Quarters results define "earnings" 3 quarters ahead of schedule, as noted, perhaps so, in fact. Revenue forecasts a couple years out are explosive. Should they come true... ?
