Also, I've contacted SNDK to try to get an understanding of how they will benefit from the SD card alliance, i.e., whether they will make money only on their own production, or whether licensing fees, royalties, etc., will be involved. I know that Harari is clever, but I don't know whether he believes he can avoid over-commoditization of the product through superior manufacturing techniques, or whether he has some other plan in terms of fees to SNDK.
