EBLD continued: I want to assure anyone whom is interested that Stephen Brown appeared to me to be on top of the topics that I expressed were of primary concern to me. First, that the amount of time it was taking for the SEC filing's to be finalized didn't adversely effect the share price to the extent that we dropped back to the mid three's. Secondly that we would see Media Metrix numbers as soon as possible, following the approval of the filing's. That we would see some hard data by which we could compare ourselves with Launch. I was also interested in knowing why we had developed some of the relationships that we had and what was the grand plan for those relationships. Stephen stayed very open and as I stated on a previous post, I feel it is money well spent when you can look into the eyes of a person that you have entrusted your money, hopes and dreams with. Stephen is a person I feel I can trust, and he made me feel very comfortable in the fact that he was firmly in control of the direction and momentum by which the company was moving forward at. I was told this company is in very, very good shape, and by the manner in which all the folks working seemed to be in high sprits I would say that was very evident. I was also shown some rooms, which with the present direction that I am aware of, seemed well, to be a slight change of direction. I was taken into a room that was a recording studio of sorts with sound proofing and was told live interviews will be held there in the near future.. I asked if that had anything to do with the concert series and Stephen told me,we have many things which we will unvail in the not to distant future and this is just one small part of that... again the dam filings! I also toured a portion of the building, which I was told was utilized to film a computer generated movie. This portion of the building had miles and miles of high speed access lines running to it and even it's own AC unit.I was told all this was left and now was being utilized by EBLD.. a major, major cost savings for EBLD and would serve a not to distant future expansion I was thinking. The office space as I said is pretty high tech, exposed framing lots of glass and conduit running everywhere, with workstations and a cool room for R&R .. I shot 9 ball on the pool table. I sat around reading some magazines while I waited for the Rob Peck group to finish up and folks wondered in, said hi and went on to their work areas. I had the chance to meet and talk with some of Stephen's closest employee's and friends, they all seemed to praise his work ethic, his vision and his honesty.I too feel that he is an honest person and has surrounded himself with folks of the same moral character, and they share his vision that EBLD is a company worth way more than 10 or 20 dollars and they appear to be working hard toward that common goal. I expect that many things will become much clearer to us as we come out of this period of quiet, I would highly suggest if you are here for more than a daytrade that you too call and go by the offices of EBLD. I have learned much, calmed all my fear and doubts. I Made a new group of friends and found a person who lives on a hill whom has my deepest respect and complete friendship! I would say my trip has been a success, but some of you will ask, well why didn't you ask this or why didn't you ask that? Or, hell Jeff, you never got Any answers about anything. What about the Revenues, the contracts the offers the videos, the JV's? Are we being bought out? Merged with? Sold? Aquired? ANYTHING AT ALL? I can only say this. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER felt this unconcerned about an investment in an OTC bb EVER! To those of you who may say or think that? It's my dime man T.S!
