Anybody into options: Did the price of COMS options show anticipation of the news released yesterday (COMS:PALM distribution details)?

Many of you guys are keeping to tell that 1 share of COMS will get 1.5 shares of PALM. How can you get this kind of number!? Where did you got that number!?
