The number of shares sold was around 100k, most of the transactions were double posted therefore giving the wrong amount. You should call ACEC IR they should be able to provide you with the correct information.

Your point is well taken if it adds up to 10% of the market cap--I re-scrolled the list and saw the big sellers near the bottom.I stand corrected on the 'small time' statement.

However, I still think the company is undervalued at it's current market cap.
