The following is my first attempt at CCing using LEAPS..... Buy - XRX JAN 02 15 @ 9.50 Sell - XRX Jul 00 25 @ 1.6875 Return is 17.7% for six months. Annualized 35.5 % return. Although the return is not astronomical it seems to be a conservative way to achieve 35.5% return. I welcome all comments......still learning.

Herm, 1) Thanks to you and others who advised about the risk of my cc spread on MCD. I thought if it moved orderly I would have no trouble keeping up with it. What I failed to take into account was the effect of major news and a fast gap up. I closed my short call at the open this morning and since it was upgraded I may come out OK on the leap. All in all it is turning out to be a very cheap lesson. (As compared to a few other lessons I've had). 2) Do you have an opinion on the direction of Disney? Thanks Again KC
