It won't be that simple, guys. There will be several underwriters for the IPO of PALM. They all have the rights to excise additional shares depending on the demanding of the markets which we all have expected to be on fire. So the numbers of IPO shares can go as large as 30 millions instead of the currently planned 23 millions. The numbers of the shares from the privately placed with AOL, MOT and NOK are still unknown yet. We only knew the $$$ numbers of the deal with them. So my guess for the distribution may be around 1.2 shares of PALM per COMS. Sure, I would like to have 1.5 PALM instead. It is too good to be true. Anyway, COMS will go beyond $60 before the IPO. Good luck!
