On the Atkins diet, you can make him dip using cream cheese, bacon, onions, buttermilk, stuff like that, and crudites for dipping like celery and bell peppers. Angels on horseback (oysters wrapped in bacon and broiled). Smoked salmon and salmon roe on endive leaves. I can think of lots of things.

Ask the colostomy woman what she can eat, I have no idea.

Cholesterol man can eat dip with crudites, but you might want to make it low fat ranch dressing. Marie's is a good brand, don't kill yourself, and you might be able to use that for Dan, too, but make sure it's low carbohydrate.

Teenagers will be happy with hot dogs and chips.

Let me know if Dan's Atkins diet works, I am thinking of trying it myself.

Rambi, I have two words for you: Al Cohol. You start by serving Al, then you don't have to worry about serving anything else.

Sheesh. You'd think I wouldn't have to tell you this stuff.

I salute the woman who had a colostomy and goes to a party. You have to admit - that takes guts.

Tofu burgers on gluten-free buns. Do they make tofu hot dogs? I think they would go over big.

Me who has begun eating high fiber and tofu

Yesterday I had my very first sighting and taste of tofu.
Had lunch with a ladyfriend at a Thai restaurant, and
ladyfriend ordered a concoction that included tofu.
She gave me a bite-size portion to try, which I did with
some trepidation. With all the negative buzz I've heard
about it, I expected it to have a medicinal taste. So
I was surprised that it seemed to have a neutral taste
that was helped along with a lot of good seasoning.
Closest thing I could compare it to would be a Thai
version of Eggbeaters.

Just another small step in being an '00s kinda guy.
