That's exactly what I see..

I don't think the pressure if off. THQI needs to put this issue to rest. I DO think that anyone short wants to get out as soon as possible. They don't want to ride this back up and hope that Westling dies down in the next year and that THQI won't be able to replace the earnings etc..

These are interesting times. This is why I have sent multiple Emails and Fax's to THQ, the SEC and Herb.

I think it's important to let THQ know what's going on (if they don't already) and make them aware of the allegations.

I also think it's important to inform the SEC so they can monitor any irregular trading etc..

People should email Herb as well to let him know that the option trading and his misleading report are not just going to be published without being looked at.

The more attention this gets the better.

Make him write another article. Let's get THQI in the media. Let's make people aware. There's no reason to wait around.

Let's get THQI involved to settle it once and for all. Perhaps some early earnings figures.

The last thing someone SHORT wants it to be proven wrong and draw the attention of MORE BUYERS.

They want to quietly push the stock down without causing to much of a stir (article here, article there perhaps, some more short sales etc..)

Turn up the heat!

Hi Dennis,
I think I post too often as I should not be included with these other far more knowledgeable posters. Folks here also mentioned how seasonal some view the video game industry, which would possibly influence when shorts go to work on THQI. As for me I bought another bit on Friday at 21. Don't you love those TV ratings posts! tim
