Dennis:

The CNBC experts are paid to talk, and they are trend followers. These experts love to scare people when the market has a sharp drop of several days.

Fed will raise interest rate next Tuesday. The question is, 0.5% or 0.75% rate hike. If most people believe a 0.5% hike, the market will rebound soon, as early as Monday afternoon.

I think you (and many SIers) are right more often then the CNBC experts.

Julius

Time is no longer in my favor so I don't wait to ride out a correction I perceive now. Technology sector funds esp. high P.E. ones have been moved into FSLXX.
Meanwhile I'll wait and watch the tapes and daily reports.
We've had a nice run so why not? I can't guess a Nasdaq bottom.
