So DCF what about a 14 year old crack head that is pregnant with a crack baby? Do you want to subsidize a defective human for the rest of it's life? What are you going to do about it DCF? Have you paid for shelters for these castoffs? How does that sit with your philosophy on medicare? Let the bitch get a job approach? Coddle her 'til retirement? The father that rapes murders her childhood, the rapist murders her trust. We both know a woman can be forced to carry full term, but you can't legislate her into being a good mother. People that believe the way you do should have a special tax levied on them to pay for full womb to the tomb support for these castoffs.
