NHC also has an enterprise (edge) solution nhc.com , which in addition to offering significant enterprise broadband provisioning capabilities, also bulletproofs the loop qualification by providing near end crosstalk ("NEXT") detection.

Tollgrade (TLGD) will tell you their Digitest product is superior to both the VCCS and the CX-100. Established OEM supplier to Lucent as well, w/longstanding relationships with all the RBOCs.
