I agree with your point about the ethics of a TV station that puts a slant on a news story....they are supposed to be report news, not make it....

I see Bartiromo as more of a public figure and therefore my rules for criticism are a little different than those for a private individual (or SI personality).

Bingo, CB. That also explains why news about OLBs and MMs is so pointedly lacking on CNBS. Honest reporting (now, there's an oxymoron) would have more info about slow, overloaded, or inop servers, and would have some sort of "Satisfaction Rating" like the airlines have for OLBs and MMs.
