17 million in debt with intrest payments of nearly 2 million.

That is long term debt.

Also, they were entertaining the thoughts of a reverse split of 1500/1 because of lack of interest in their stock.

Do you think they will be still entertaining the thought of reverse? Me thinks not.

They were also at the mercy of the banks because they had no interest in the stock.

Bottom line. USHO was poorly marketed to investors.

Well, we, (I) am well aware of the risk factors involved in investing in USHO.

It could go private tomorrow, but I can guarantee you that because of the renewed interest in the stock; they will no longer entertain that thought.

The true key to this story.

Its not its debt. Its not its revenue.

It is investor sentiment. Right now, investor sentiment is high.

I will hold my shares till I see the next filings.
