JERSEY CITY, N.J., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- M.H. Meyerson & Co., Inc. (Nasdaq: MHMY) announced today that it has entered into an exclusive correspondent relationship with Kingsway SW Securities Limited, a subsidiary of Kingsway International Holdings Limited ("Kingsway"), Hong Kong to facilitate order flow in Hong Kong securities in U.S. markets and U.S. securities in Hong Kong markets.

Mr. Martin H. Meyerson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, of M.H. Meyerson & Co., Inc. ("Meyerson") stated "Kingsway's strong reputation, keen brokerage and back office expertise and its regional presence in Australia, Indonesia and Canada has been identified by Meyerson as an ideal partner to facilitate cross-region order flows and expand both companies' mutual trading interests."

Mr. William Lam, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kingsway said "This exclusive relationship, involving order facilitation of securities of two regions provide the connectivity and convenience to clients of both companies and will assist in attracting order flow to Hong Kong stocks. Meyerson founded in 1960, is a prominent market maker in Nasdaq and OTC Bulletin Board securities ranking 15th in total volume during 1999 as reported by Autex. This arrangement provides Meyerson with the opportunity to take an early lead in penetrating the large and yet untapped Hong Kong market in the U.S. We thank Mr. Benjamin Wei, President of First Pacific Consulting, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Meyerson's paid consultant of Asian Affairs for assisting in the negotiation."

The foregoing press release contains forward-looking statements based on current management expectation. Factors which could cause actual results to differ from current expectations include whether the arrangement will be able to increase order flow and the emergence of other competition.
