Hi unclewest, Well if there is anyone I have met that I knew would have that positive attitude it would be you. Very few individuals I have met have impressed me as much as you my man and Unc Frank says the same. You know, you, Uncle Frank and I were discussing the Houses etc. and I kept harping on the Time Capsule thing, well that is my only concern in here. In other words, it is my contention that the Houses do not deal in bottoms or tops, they deal in time and that is the fly in the ointment here. If what I say is true then we are in the initial stage of their Correction Time Capsule". The next important decision has to be is QCOM a part of this time capsule or not, in other words has QCOM'scorrection been completed outside of this time capsule. I am saying that give or take ten points, it has been. This is a tough call. As I said earlier, Friday was a Retail Fear Day, the Houses, as much as I would like to say precipitated the decline, were not participants. Their participation and the extent of such will be determined Monday and we should get a read on that Monday morning early by the extent of scare they decide to put in the futures, that will tell us more than almost anything you will see in the next four to five weeks, and that is why said I would hold off until then to decide my strategy. Why will this correction be longer than the two or three day corrections we have come to know lately? Two reasons, one, the Time Capsule Houses operate in and this one will last about four to five weeks until we get into March, and second, the short two and three day corrections allow only for good purchases and does not allow enough time for the Houses to cleanse their unwanted inventory. This is why you will see the proverbial two steps forward one step back type of correction, it also is the reason investors will not be compelled to act in a hurry, this market is not going to run away anytime soon but the best buys should be in the next three days or so. The problem most investors have in situations like this is they get so down about recent reversals that they get like Deer In Headlights, and freeze and turn basically to inaction, this can cost one a lot of money, that is why I say take action now and become pro-active, this is just part of your investment job!
