John,

Hopefully you have been nice to your brother and he will remember you when he becomes a millionaire. I was an early investor, in a company called JAWZ Technology and bought a boat load at 18 cents. I sold at 80 cents. The stock is a $7 now. They do encyption. I got nervous for a couple of reasons, (1) They are in direction compaetition with alot of bigger companies and (2) They have yet to annouce a solid contract (to this day) with anyone (no contracts, no revenues) (3) Finally I was dissappointed when they couldnt find any partner relationships with deep pocketed companies...not to mention the fact that many of the industry's best won't support and algo not available to be tested. Other than that, it was a typical 5 bagger (almost).

EISQ presents a very exciting opportunity for me. I am expecting some sort of "panic" drop to take place next week, what day I dont really know. But when it does, I am jumping in for more.

I am figuring that if they only get 10% of those revenues (very low low estimate) thats 50 million. The company market cap is not even 28 million...give these guys an RSA, VRSN etc valuation and you can easily make a case for which would put us at $42 and $800 ( i dont think that will actualyl happen, but this HP news is great)

Good Luck
