Wayne: I have not seen MU financials for a while. I hope to do some current investigation this week. It is one of my favorite put positions. 1. They have not paid cash at this point. 2. Proper accounting requires that the interest be recognized with the passage of time, not the flow of money. 3. Deferral of both would be improper. I don't think MU can pay. In spite of a reported "Income", I suspect that cash is a problem, and the 1st quarter will be cruel. It would be nice to see this stock price where it belongs before the February expiration. If not, I'll reload for March. Best wishes, Bob
