CatLady,

EDIG's DD has been meticulously and magnanimously compiled by people like TinRoad.

Message 12685209

I feel like 'something of substance' has been handed to me on a silver platter. The DD has been 'given' to you. After you go through it, get back to the board and let us know if you still feel your time has been wasted.

Here's another valuation comparison - WIND River Systems

"Wind River develops, markets, supports and provides consulting services for advanced software operating systems and development tools that allow customers to create complex, robust, real-time software applications for embedded computers. An embedded computer is a microprocessor that is incorporated into a larger device and is dedicated to responding to external events by performing specific tasks quickly, predictably and reliably. Wind River's flagship product, Tornado II -TM-, enables customers to enhance product performance, standardize designs across projects, reduce research and development costs and shorten product development cycles. AMZN 22.8B divided by 2100 = 10.9 million per employee.
EDIG 1.3B divided by 17 = 76.5 million per employee.

WIND 1.28B with 598 employees = 2.14 million per employee

Why look at market cap per employee? Well, with no revenues or even sales to speak of, what else is there to use for comparison?

WIND and EDIG with the same market cap? You seem like a bunch of nice folks here (the longs, that is), but wake up and smell the coffee folks!
