Hi Poet:

I think you are right about QCOM. I have sold calls on QCOM and I will cover around 100 or if turns up from here. I plan to re sell them on bounce to the 120 area - 13 day EMA.

Same with JDSU. Selling DIM calls on such volatile stocks can be quite nice in this market, when the volatility is high.

Thanks for the response.

I like your idea of getting into the position gradually...especially under 100.

I suppose that going OTM calls is a better play after the Q hits bottom a second time.

Scared? More excited than anything.
