If we were to total the media ad budgets of the GSM + TDMA camps and those of the CDMA camp, what would we find? We have a free press, but editors do have to be paid. It's all part of the game.

Also, most in the CDMA 'camp' have to play both sides of the fence, while that is not the case with the GSM + TDMA side.

That said, there seems still to be a great deal of lazy ignorance about the new paradigm that is emerging from the many facets of mobility/Internet/QCOM.

Wasn't there a philosopher who observed that every great idea goes through three stages? Something like denial, grudging acceptance and, finally, the unanimous recognition that it was inevitable. Qcom is not quite yet out of the second stage.
