Dear Rudedog: I really appreciate your sharing this information with us and your intimate knowledge of this company and industry. My initial thoughts though are this: Here we are in the fastest growing sector on high tech (the growth of the internet), and his GOAL is ONLY 15% and he would SETTLE for 12%? Not good enough for me. The ONLY way I would find that acceptable were if there were SEVERE cutbacks in COSTS to go along with what I CONSIDER PUNY GROWTH. Maybe SUNW and EMC have spoiled me?? And EVEN if I accepted that in a TURNAROUND YEAR, I would still expect much more in the future. Anything under 20% is failure in my mind. JDN
