The battery was low, so i replaced but unfortunately I broke the hook.

I once saw a motherboard where the on board battery holder wasn't used. Instead the assembler taped the battery to the case, ran wires from the battery to the motherboard and soldered the wires to the motherboard at appropriate locations. You may be able to do something similar with your computer.

P-120 i was trying to attach FD, i destroyed pin on motherboard

Once I destroyed a pin on a harddrive. With some help from a friend we soldered a new one on. We broke a pin off an old device and with a little ingenuity, a drill press and some solder we attached it to the drive. To my surprise it worked.

If you can drill adjacent to the broken pin perhaps you can do the same thing.

If you can not fix it consider replacing the motherboard. I have not checked prices but you should be able to find something for $100 +/-.

The LS120 attaches to the IDE controller and is floppy compatible. My guess is your mobo bios does not support the LS120.
