I don't mind. I can at least skim through something like this relatively quickly and get a good idea if I, at least, think it's any good. I should stipulate that the time frame is subject to availability from the library. Regardless, I will put in a request for the material, and get back to you. It's really no problem, so don't worry about causing extra work. I wouldn't do it if it actually induced work <VBG>.

Dan, It's an excellent book. If you don't want to learn about the physics and chemistry of the chip manufacturing process, it is ideal. There is not a better book in this subject area for laypeople.
