Jim - the response to MSD's stock sales this time is a lot more wide-spread than before - and the sales of major blocks at 47 and 49 while holding back on an earnings warning does create at least the impression of a fire, even if it's only smoke. I don't think MSD is "doing anything wrong" - but surely he could look at what the PR impact of those actions might be. The fact that these sales are pre-scheduled, normal patterns, etc. has nothing to do with it - DELL the business is not in anything like a "normal pattern" and a little help from the founder and largest stockholder does not seem like much to ask.
