One of the things that management has proven with the deals that they have worked is that they are hard bargainers.

Examples:
Citadel - not floorless, gave warrants as an incentive, prohibited shorting, restricted the number of shares that could be put on the market daily, gave GumTech the choice of how to pay back loan (shares or cash) so as not to give an incentive to manipulate price lower and so as to (by warrants) have financier desire higher share price.

Swedish Match - they give $10 million to start venture and GumTech still gets 49%.

Zicam - GumTech has the option of buying out the rest of Gel Tech from BioDeliveries.

Anyway, my point is that something favorable could be worked out if an offer were made - such as a spinoff of one of the ventures. We discussed that possibility a long time ago but nobody has talked about it much lately.

Dr. H. -
I was thinking you were up past your bedtime but I forgot the time difference. Should I be buying more GUMM @ $30?
Might still be a tremendous value play. You've certainly made me semi-rich so far! Thanks.
