Andy, I didn't add it up. I was only CMA in the event that it did. :-). Seriously, my point is that I'm not concerned about insider selling--Like you say--managment still own a large chunk of the company. We just have to be patient. There is just no way this company stays at this market cap. They have a cutting edge value added product for the IP-telecom world AND they are demonstrating the ability to make profits on these products NOW. ACEC trades at a PSR of << 3--which is just dirt cheap! In fact, if we hang out at this market cap for much longer I speculate (read: just me talking out loud) that we get taken out by one of the equipment makers...LU, Cisco, Nortel, TLAB, etc. Leeza Rodriguez
