So the REAL fun game will begin after the IPO.

Case 1: InvestorA invests $30,000 on Feb 28, he buys 600 shares of COMS at $50.

Case 2: InvestorB invests $30,000 on Feb 28, he buys 2000 shares of PALM at $15.

Who will get more return if PALM goes up to $25? Of course, the answer is InvestorB with $20,000 nets. InvestorA earns $9,000 because he has less shares (600x1.5=900). So the COMS shareholders are HOPING PALM will pull COMS up and up. The real player will be PALM and COMS is only a sideline cheerleader after Feb 28.

Anyone comments?
