Turns out there's a doohickey between the Address box and the tool bar - a vertical thing that looks like this horizontal thing I'll try....<-- --> When you get the mouse to do that you can apparently make the File Edit View Favorites Tool Help line of toolbar disappear, which is what I accidentally did. When you somehow get the mouse to do that <-- --> thing again, you can drag it and get the missing toolbar back, which is what I did. Thanks for all the suggestions.
