Duke, here's all you need to know: Two bona-fide downgrades in a week, the week before their own tout-fest. Even a single downgrade the week before a tout-fest is so far off the graph of analyst behavior that the details don't matter. I know that you are holding MU, and that you are holding it at a loss. You should know that it's toast. Now that we've broken 60 and closed below it, all bets are off for the final destination and the speed at which it gets there. You will probably get a bounce of a point or two after the Fed meeting -- but it won't be from Friday's close of 59 1/2, it will be from the mid-50's -- and that will be your last chance to salvage whatever you can.
