Nihil,

Looks like you are dead on. This company and others are priced to perfection and this requires a near perfect macro-economic environment. Looks like a good opportunity on the downside.

Really, nihil? Did you learn that at Princeton? It seems to me your criticism is a bit premature. Let's revisit SUNW's price this time next year.

Incidentally, genius, you don't "give away half your gains" on something that doesn't cost you anything to begin with. Another thing, Mr. Swift, Twister wouldn't take the take the bet. He, apparently, didn't like the odds. Thus it would seem your remark is more appropriately addressed to him.

Save your remarks for the "Ask God", "Jesus" and "Let's Talk About Our Feelings" threads. And, by the way, stay out of the sun.

See ya.

Tec.

Dear Nihil, with respect, I ask that you do NOT insult Tech. He is NOT dumb.

Nihil, although it is impossible to predict exactly where the market will be in one year's time, I believe the future for Sun is very bright.

Sun's products are excellent. The company's Starfire server has beaten its own world-class bench mark tests at least once, I believe.

Solaris is a workhorse. My husband installed Solaris 7 in his office last fall. It has never crashed. He looks forward to Solaris 8.

And Java gains momentum in the marketplace.

Mr. McNealy and Mr. Zander are excellent managers, and I believe Mr. Joy, Sun's chief technology scientist, has tremendous imagination about technology's potential. And technically, I believe many would say Mr. Joy is brilliant.

Nihil, I'm not sure why you are so upset with Tech or SUNW.

The market is terrible. Do you think that is why you are so upset?

Sincerely,

Mephisto
