I believe the minimum top trade on margin should be ioncreased t0 100,000 Dollars US.....since this is the cash limit that is protected by SIPC, why should taxpayers be responsible for losses created by idiots and the firms that allow idiots to trade?? I think day -traders should all be given an IQ test to see if they can score above an 85..If they can and they got 100K ..give em a little margin...otherwise ...make em play with cash.. Just like Vegas
