Gopher, despite AMD's "new found profits," everyone knows that Athlon is still make-or-break for them. It will take nothing less than perfect execution before investors are convinced that AMD is for real. Until then, I'm afraid AMD won't break out of the 30's.

Intel, like you said, is flying high despite the stumbles of Q4. I don't think anyone really expects Intel to execute perfectly; in fact, since 1998, there have been a series of well-publicized stumbles on the part of Intel (Merced slip, PIII serial number, Xeon chipset, initial 820 slip, and so on). But it's the strong fundamentals that continue to drive Intel higher and higher.

These are my opinions, and they're subject to change, of course.
