Out of curiosity, about what percentage of people make their stock picks from watching CNBC? I really don't think the average middle-income person hangs on every word David Alger or some other portfolio manager says. I mean I enjoy watching CNBC and get some decent information from the channel but I didn't buy AMAT at 29 or Cisco at 25 because Maria or Bill Griffith say their great stocks. If a person relies on what he sees on CNBC, I think we might have a few poorer people around. JMHO Tom
