To be quite frank, I'd rather have the CEO of a firm that I own get rich this way rather than by receiving such things as a Gulfstrem V and options (which might as well be cash) from the BOD. Or, perhaps you're saying that Michael had nothing to do with Wall Street's love affair with his company's stock? This is not even close to being true. Am I missing something? LoF
