Big Dog, how do I describe this? The best I can come up with is imagine a flag pole with a pennant on it " I> " I realize that's a poor example but you can get the idea, I hope. The pennant will come to a point, and the stock will then move up or down, with no guarantee which way, this is done with charts by connecting lines based on different parameters.
