Cost for the development of software is pure labor cost, salary to pay professional labors, labors who generally own a PHD, MS, or BS degree. This part of development can not be automized.

Cost for hardwares are Professional labor(% wise , this part of the cost did not count much of the total cost) + Material cost + equipment cost + manufacturing cost , the first and third items are always going down as efficiency increased, the fourth item also goes down from time to time as we had more automation in the factory !!!
