"Earl"- In reading Tom's previous post I find a lot of similarities to my trading style, in that I tend to be a bit early on trades, hence my increasing reliance on PnF over just conventional TA. It is interesting though that John Murphy, the Dean of TA (he is to TA what Tom is to PnF) just this morning said that the S+P was the weakest index and would fall from here on out. I've been trying to read that into the charts for a couple of months and have missed some of the rise because of it. As they say, you can't fight the trend. My first inclination for example was to short the compx since it is the most overbought, but that's a good example of trying to catch the top for the biggest return, instead of playing the middle and reducing the risk. Do you plan on waiting for a bounce and specific entry point on the OEX to increase your risk/reward?. This is where I need the most help, my typical tendency would be to jump right in not wanting to miss any of the potential return, but thereby increasing my risk. Thanks, Jeff

Morning OJ and all.

Jerry, any particular stocks in SOX you're liking for a short? When these suckers fall, they fall hard.
