Hi Dealer,

Just as I said when we talked the other day, the strongest and most important tenet in your strategy is keeping your time Capsule within and no more than six months. If markets are controlled by the Houses and other entities as I feel they are, any time frame longer than six months is a total waste of Time, Money and Leverage. Meaning what? Well, if we know because of such tactics on their part that there is a good chance that we are going to be right back here again come six months from now, what is gained by strategizing farther out? Nothing. That money, time and leverage could be better used in six month segments. Outside of Psychological comfort, what is gained by buying 2002 or Ten year leaps for that matter if you could get them if the same scenarios are going to be played out time and time again every five to six months.

Why not a shorter period? No one is that good in the predictions of the market and there is no way in hell anyone would work off of a position by adding on dips on say calls for April, but six months out is a different ballgame.

It is because of this that I will convert all of my 2001 leaps into the July calls on different strikes because of the leverage and lower cost that I will gain and will have lost nothing due to the cyclical nature of the manipulators.
