FASC, CEO is posting on RB about the news being out Monday or Tuesday. ragingbull.com The issue of Insiders selling. Check out the Insider list. The only one selling is Gary Burnie, the PR guy. Otherwise, no one has not filed to sell any shares since Sept. 99. Once someone files to sell their restricted stock; they have 90 days to sell their stock or their restriction goes back on and they have to refile. I don't see the Insiders to be an issue as of today.
