The problem is that when the next bounce takes place they'll go out on margin again.

That is .. those that are still able.

Seems that, with so many second mortgauges being used for stocks, that real estate should fall.

No kidding. For instance, I would like to own JDSU as an investment (yeah, right <G>) but even though they're crying and screaming on that thread, the damn thing is still higher than it was about two weeks ago? There's been no real correction.

I'm waiting to see some real blood spilled and forced selling to buy it.
