What a load of crap. This is not common practice in the telecom field. Do you see Nortel doing it? JDS? etc etc
If the CLEC has given clearance than the NR should not have been released...period.
Until a name is put on he deal, I don't trust it....

My favourite thing about this stock is that I could have bought it at $0.23 less than three weeks ago but "it is a steal" at $5.75. I will make two predictions...

#1)I will be "putting my money where my mouth is" tomorrow morning

#2)In my opinion, this stock will be under $1.50 in the next two months

I do work in the telecom industry, and I would agree with you that sometimes a customer may request that it not be named in contracts.
