This is not common practice in the telecom field. Do you see Nortel doing it? JDS? etc etc If the CLEC has given clearance than the NR should not have been released...period. My favourite thing about this stock is that I could have bought it at $0.23 less than three weeks ago but "it is a steal" at $5.75. I will make two predictions... #1)I will be "putting my money where my mouth is" tomorrow morning #2)In my opinion, this stock will be under $1.50 in the next two months
