140 is resistance, so why not sell the 145s IF we get a rally? And only sell on a portion of your shares.

I agree with Jill on selling the 145's, and don't sell enough to cover your whole position. Watch closely on Tuesday, as I think any relief rally after the Fed meeting will send QCOM into the high 120's to low 130's, thus juicifying the premium on the calls you want to sell.
