"their existing business with Qualcomm"

Is this public knowledge? Do you have a reference for the announcement? Or do you have some inside info?

Thanks.

Sounds like you are already down nearly 10%.

Closer to 6%, on a small fraction of a full position for me. Like I said, pocket change.

What are you going to do when they announce their next purchase order - perhaps a major expansion of their existing business with Qualcomm?

Thanks for illustrating exactly what I was talking about earlier. VLNC leaves open the question of who they're doing business with, and y'all rush right in an fill in the blank with Qualcomm. Not a supplier of Qualcomm, not some point in the chain that finds its way to Qualcomm, but direct to the big Q themselves. And to justify it you make some assumptions of questionable validity, mold it into some form of logical deduction, and wrap the whole mess up under the unassailable label of "doing DD".

So, if it turns out any one of your assumptions doesn't quite hold, if it turns out the buyer is anyone less than Qualcomm (read: anyone BUT Qualcomm), that's going to be a serious disappointment.

Wouldn't want to be in your position.

I like my position much better, for one important reason. I can walk away from this stock today if need be. In theory, so can you, but somehow I doubt you'd find yourself able to pull the trigger if necessary. Pesky emotions can do that to you.

In fact, for all you know I'm on the sidelines even now. Maybe I got stopped out by Friday's spike. I'd tell, but, I just don't feel like it.

As you say, good luck.
