Hi Tom, You bring up an excellent point. If you remember I have mentioned numerous times that the primary incentive in Silicon Valley to produce results is to give the employees stock options. It is much more important to them than the salary they receive. I brought this up with Rob Gordon many months ago and from my conversations with employees just very recently... yes, the regular employees are included in the corporate stock option plan. How much I don't know and it is none of my business. But, if they are happy then I am happy... and they seemed happy. The new upper management team took a startup company in Silicon Valley and built it into a company with over 50% of its' industry's marketshare. I believe they know what motivates people. Just my opinion, of course. Best always, Marty
