Phantom,

I do cardiac ultrasound for a living and happen to use an HP piece of equipment. Unfortunately, the ultrasound division happens to be one of the spin-offs (Agilent Technologies). I still may try and see if I can't pull a few strings with one of my reps to garner some info...<g>

EISQ is currently working on SEC filing and according to Ivestor Relations it should be completed within 3-4 weeks.

Taken from a poster on RB...FWIW.
Theo;-)

The relationship with HP is for real since it was on wallstreetradio interview half a year ago. HP did not decline what was said or sue EISQ, that means they agreed!
It is the non-discloseure agreement they signed to keep HP, ITC quiet! when it comes out, the stock price will not be in $1-2 range, it will be in double digit.
Afterall, one can not see the dealer's cards first before one bet one's money on it, right?
